Growing up in Northern Alberta, Kourtni was immersed in the real estate world from an early age, thanks to her father's brokerage ownership. Licensed in 2007, she has skillfully navigated the ups and downs of the Calgary real estate market with insight and resilience. Her experience extends beyond her role as an agent, including work at a real estate law firm and with one of Calgary’s top new home builders. In 2018, Kourtni furthered her expertise by becoming an Associate Broker levelling up her education and experience. With a strong background in customer service, Kourtni is known for her approachability, honesty, and proactive communication. Kourtni is always on the go as a busy Mom to a little boy and outside of real estate she loves being active, working out and checking things off her bucket list with having visited 40 countries and counting.
