Growing up in a small town in Northern Alberta where her dad owned a real estate brokerage gave her exposure and experience in real estate from an early age. Licensed in 2007, Kourtni has seen the Calgary & area real estate markets through many ups and downs. Her experience in real estate is not just as an agent, she has also worked in a real estate law firm and for one of Calgary’s top new home builders; in addition, she has an extensive background in customer service. 

Kourtni prides herself on being down-to-earth, personable and honest. She is proactive and communicative with her clients, with her genuine personality she easily meets her client's needs with a proven track record of sales and client recommendations. 

Kourtni is the Mom to a busy toddler, when she’s not selling real estate she is spending time with her family, and friends and travelling the world with almost 40 countries visited. While Kourtni has vast experience in selling real estate throughout Calgary and surrounding areas, she is based in Okotoks and is proud to call it home. She believes southern Alberta and the Foothills to be a terrific place to raise a family and loves to share her knowledge and love of the area. Kourtni believes the best part of Real Estate is the relationships made, and helping her clients navigate their sales as seamlessly as possible with her intuitive nature and savviness.
