Thank you so much for helping us find our new home! Sandra proved time and time again her knowledge of the local market. Every time we viewed a new property she would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliance, etc. She always answered every call or email no matter the time of day or night it was. We were very fussy clients and she never pushed us into any decision we didn’t want to make. She was extremely honest, hands on and really helped take the pressure off of us. I would 100% recommend Griffin RE. We had the pleasure of working alongside Brett Murrell and directly with Sandra Roen and I couldn't have asked for better. We probably overly communicated, however, we always got a friendly and quick response back - no matter the time of night! We were very fussy on what we were looking for, and at a time where houses were selling within days and bidding wars were common, yet Sandra and Brett continued to work with us day and night without complaint.
