Offers and Negotiations

Real Property Report

Upon successful negotiations, sellers are legally required to show a Real Property Report (RPR) to the buyer. Condo owners must provide a condominium report. We will tell you how to acquire these documents.

Transfer of Ownership

If there are no pre-existing conditions, contact a lawyer to finalize the transaction. We won’t lie, you’ll deal with a lot of paperwork from your lawyer and us, but we’ll both assist you in the process to ensure everything is in order. Some necessary documents you will go over include land title transfer, closing costs, mortgage payout and property titles.

Possession day

Once all the paperwork is settled and the buyer is happy with the condition of the home, they will receive the keys to the home and you are released from your legal obligations.
