How we prepare you for listing your home

Prior to listing, our professional home stager will visit your home for a consultation and provide you with a full report, room by room, in a simple checklist format. This will help us prepare your home to appeal to the largest number of potential buyers. 

Proper home staging typically only takes a few hours, to make the process quickler, we suggest de-cluttering and removing some items from your home before hand. 

Home staging allows the best features of your home and each room’s space to be highlighted. Great features can often be missed or prospective buyers may mis-jusdge the size of a room based soley on furniture placement of a cluttered perception.




Once the home has been profesisonally staged and prepared, our photographer is ready to highlight your home at it’s best. Skilled at residential photography, they will be sure to capture the best angles of your home in the best lighting available.




We are just as focused on selling your home as you are. We will work with your to allow access to your home during times that are mutually agreeable for both yourself and any potential clients. We can let you know of all viewing requests by phone, email or text, whichever you prefer. 


Showing your home may include hosting an open house. This allows for potential buyers to view your home without at once, reducing multiple appointment requesting and the incovenience of leaving your home on multiple occasions.



After every viewing we will gather feedback from any REALTOR®  that has taken potential buyers through your property. We will also allow for a REALTOR®  Tour, aloowing other local agents to view your home for their potential buyers and to ensure they are aware of the features and benefits of your home. 

We will provide all of this feedback and suggestions we receive to you and will work with your to make any accomodations, adjustments or deal with any concerns that arise, helping you to sell your home faster. 




Our brochures are professionally designed for yoru property by our in-house graphic designer. Brochures are made available to potential buyers to be viewed during their home visit. We will highlight many of the key features of your home to ensure that many of the benefits are not missed. Brochures and feature sheets for your home are used across multiple websites and other marketing purposes. 

We will also create custom social media posts to highlight your property including ‘new listing’, ‘open house’ and if needed, ‘price reduced’. Our favourite post comes from when we proudly showcase that your home has sold! 




We utilize all of the online services available to us to promote your home, from MLS to IDX sharing (a sharing agreement that displays our listing across multiple international websites).  We also feature our lisings on our own personal website, our main brokerage site and through social media channels.




Each listing is unique and should be highlighted in it’s own unique way. Our objective to make your home stand out so we may use many conventional platforms to highlight your home such as newspapers or advertising but we may also find unique ways to highlight your home such as hosting unique open houses to target your market or advertising in other, lesser known publications where your potential buyer may be. (ie: if you are selling an acreage with a horse set up, we may promote with some local riding clubs)




Our marketing team is dedicated to finding ways to promote your home and attract potential sellers to your home. They are responsible for updating our website, showcasing your home on social media and planning any events related to the promotion or sale of your home.
